I'm telling you, Hongkie guys are unbelievable.

I recently bought this PS2 game, Guilty Gear XX over Ebay from this Hongkie dude. If you tried Ebay-ing before, the whole process is quite simple. You bid, you win(assuming you don't lose), you pay, seller sends you item, you leave positive feedback, seller leaves positive feedback. End of story.

But this Hongkie guy... After everything was said and done, he actually asked for my MSN and proceed to ask me two very unsubtle questions.

"Why are you using a girl's nickname on Ebay?"

and

"If you're a girl, are you buying this game for your boyfriend?"

EH!!!!!!!!!! He thinks I'm a stranger to MMORPG games ar?!??!??? You're talking to a pro here!!! *

*Disclaimer: Not PRO pro anymore since I stopped playing my previous online game but my account is worth HKD$3000!

So back to my rant...

He thinks I never encountered this kind of "kau lui" techniques??

Sheesh...

So anyway, I told him I am a girl and I was buying it for myself. Which is true since I was the one who wanted the game, not William. We chatted briefly about movies, ask about one another's age, job blah blah and more nonsensical stuff. So I thought that was the end of it but noooooooo... He proceeded to 'Hi' or nudge me everytime I was online even when I'm ignoring him. It went to the point that he 'Hi'-ed me 10 over times a day till I felt so bad for ignoring him so I blocked him on my MSN. -sheepish grin

WHAT!!??!! I barely know this guy!! Better to let him think I'm an inactive MSN user then as the girl-who-is-too-lazy/bitchy(insert your own adjective here)-to-respond-to-a-friendly-'hi'.
