just watched hillary duff's wake up video. why does she look eerily like a failed clone of avril lavigne in her punk get-up? and why does the first verse of the lyrics to that song sounds like what lindsay lohan is singing about in rumours?? aahh... never mind....
i still love green day even though so many people criticize them for selling out. just what does selling out means? why is a band labelled a sell-out when they start to appeal to the mainstream? so are punk bands like green day, blink 182 or weezer supposed to just be listened to by a group of people who think they are punk enough to listen to them?? who actually draws the line between when a supposedly sell-out actually does becomes a sell-out? isn't it supposed to be judged by the quality of what they are coming out with instead of the fact that they are now on MTV and not MTV2?
