been procastinating. have to start on my mitigation of penalty today!!

however, i think i have to wait till thursday to go down to the city to collect them. /0\ i hope there are still fresh. come to think of it, i might just skip the 6pm lecture on wednesday to collect them. hehe~

i'm scared. exam is coming nearer and i'm still blur. who would have known that intrepreting a legislation is that hard?? so many twist and turns. >< i feel so stupid in class sometimes. why do the locals know so much? i mean, i don't even know 1/10000 of malaysian's legislation.
